Our team worked alongside the ownership group to develop a strategy for incorporating large-format LED displays into the architecture of the block. The goal wasn’t simply to add screens, but to create a media platform that enhances the visitor and tourist experience while also supporting the new anchor tenants that will define the next chapter of the project.

When thoughtfully integrated, these displays become more than potential advertising surfaces. They can highlight programming across the district, and bring a sense of energy and identity to spaces that operate at the scale of the waterfront and the city itself.
